We offer various payment methods for our customers: Prepayment to our Postbank account, as well as credit, debit cards. The sales tax depends on the current tax rate in the respective country.

Prepayment invoice
is possible for online orders for companies, public and state institutions, schools, kindergartens, universities, hospitals and institutes that require an invoice in advance. Select the payment method ‘Paid in advance, Prepayment Invoice’ when ordering and we will send you the PDF invoice.

In order not to pass on any exchange rate losses to you, as a Swiss company we only keep one account in ‘Euro’.

Bank transfer via SEPA
SEPA payments in the EU and EEA countries (incl. Switzerland) can be processed transparently and cost-effectively.

We supply the whole world from our logistics centre in Weil am Rhein, Germany (near Basel). Goods are usually dispatched by parcel service GLS, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx or by freight forwarder, air freight or sea freight for larger general cargo.

The movement of goods within the EU is generally duty-free.
Intra-Community deliveries to companies in other EU countries (outside Germany) are exempt from VAT after successful verification. When entering the address, enter the VAT ID number in the ‘Department’ field with the 1:1 registered address from the tax office, which must also match the delivery address.

Deliveries to Switzerland are duty paid by us and are included in the transport price.

Shipping conditions

  • The delivery of the goods takes place according to the delivery countries in the shopping basket. 
  • From 30kg or from an excess length of 2.5m, the shipment is made with an excess length surcharge by lorry parcel service (AT, BE, CH, DE, DK, LU, NL, HU) or Coli lorry forwarding.
  • Within Europe, parcel shop, mailbox shipping is only possible toGLS Parcel Shops & Lockers

Delivery costs

We calculate the shipping costs according to shipping weight and bulkiness. The prices are calculated automatically from the contents of the shopping basket. Transport insurance is included: for parcels up to Euro 500, for freight forwarding up to the value of the goods.

Delivery times / delivery date

If ‘Pre-order now, available again from’, the item is currently not in stock but has already been ordered. The item will be dispatched immediately after receipt of the goods. The delivery date shown was sent to us by our supplier. If the planned delivery date changes for goods that have already been ordered, we will of course let you know. 

If no other delivery time is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad. If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment and order processing time. Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

If you collect your order directly from our warehouse in DE-79576 Weil am Rhein, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. When ordering, select ‘Germany’ as the country of delivery and ‘collection’ as the shipping method. After receipt of payment, you will receive a collection note & invoice from us with the exact address for collection from our warehouse DE-79576 Weil am Rhein (near Basel).

VAT refund

Your order confirmation/invoice with the stamp from the main customs office is considered an export certificate and must be stamped by the customs office upon export in order to refund the VAT to your payment account, minus the processing fee in accordance with the GTC, refunded to your payment account. Send us the export certificate by e-mail.

Shipping 

Where can I track my consignments? 

Parcel service 

After collection by the parcel service, you will receive your consignment number(s) in a separate e-mail. The consignment number(s) are usually also stored in your account under ‘Your comments’ or on the delivery note as an attachment in the status e-mail notification. 

Freight forwarder 

If the telescopic pole / size of the device is too long, delivery will be made by lorry, taking 2-3 working days. If you have any questions about the delivery, the carrier will contact you directly. 

How is the parcel delivered? 

Parcel delivery in normal cases

In the best case scenario, you can collect your parcel in person. You confirm with your signature on the delivery driver's hand scanner that you have received the parcel. Another member of your household can also accept the parcel. If no one is available, the parcel service provider will take it to the nearest ParcelShop or depot - if one is nearby. The parcel will be ready for collection there for five to nine working days. 

Notification card in the letterbox
If the parcel could not be delivered to the address originally specified, the delivery driver will leave a notification card. This contains all the important information such as the name of the neighbour and details of the ParcelShop or depot. 
Second delivery attempt 
The parcel service provider will make a second delivery attempt if no neighbour was able to accept the parcel delivery and there was no ParcelShop nearby. If you have issued a drop-off authorisation or selected a redirection option in accordance with the information on your notification card, the procedure for the next parcel delivery will be based on your individual wishes.

Please note that the general terms and conditions of the respective parcel service providers apply and can be viewed on their website.

Parcels are delivered on working days from Monday to Friday. Parcels when you are not at home Receive your parcels when you are not at home: Specify a desired location with the parcel service provider for individual parcels or permanently for all consignments. If you are not at home, the parcels will be left in a safe and dry place, for example in your garage or garden shed. Leave a note ‘Please leave parcel ...’ with your signature and date on the front door or by the doorbell. This procedure is usually accepted.
