Shipping and payment terms

We offer different payment methods for our customers: Prepayment to our Postbank account and credit card payment. The sales tax (VAT) according to country. Our VAT no. 275724509.

In order not to pass on exchange rate losses to you, we as a Swiss company only have an account in "Euro". Our motto is "Direct with quality and cheap is the motto of our offer. Direct means, without detours, pond sludge vacuum cleaner from the manufacturer and you get the price advantages".

Logistik Center Weil am Rhein, Deutschland (near Basel)

The logistics service provider in Weil am Rhein, Germany (near Basel) supplies the whole world. The goods are usually dispatched by parcel service GLS, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx or by freight forwarder, air freight or sea freight for larger general cargo.

The movement of goods within the EU is generally duty-free. Intra-community deliveries, companies in other EU countries (outside Germany) are delivered VAT-exempt after successful verification. When entering the address, enter the VAT ID number in the "Department" field with the 1:1 registered address from the tax office, which must also match the delivery address. 

Deliveries to Switzerland are duty paid by us and are included in the transport price.

Shipping conditions

Delivery costs

We calculate the shipping costs according to shipping weight and bulkiness. The prices are calculated automatically from the contents of the shopping cart. Transport insurance is included: for parcels up to Euro 500, with the forwarding agent at the value of the goods.

Delivery times

With "Preorder now, available from" the item is currently not in stock, but already ordered. The item will be dispatched immediately after receipt of the goods. The indicated delivery date has been communicated to us by our supplier. If the intended delivery date should change for goods that have already been ordered, we will of course inform you.

As far as no other period is indicated in the article description, the delivery time of the goods in Germany takes place within 2 - 5 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days. If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment and order processing time. Please note that on Sundays and public holidays there is no processing, delivery.

If you pick up your order directly at our warehouse in DE-79576 Weil am Rhein (near Basel), we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods. In this case no shipping costs will be charged. When ordering, please select "Germany" as the delivery country and "Pick up" as the shipping method. After receipt of payment we will send you a collection slip & invoice with the exact address for self-collection at our warehouse in DE-79576 Weil am Rhein (near Basel). The invoice is considered as export certificate and must be stamped by the customs office at the time of export to refund the 19% VAT to your bank or post office account.

VAT Refund

Get your order confirmation/invoice stamped by the main customs office and we refund the VAT to your payment account, minus processing fee. Simply send us the stamped confirmation/invoice by e-mail.
